Qualification and competency:

• (MBA/MBM/Masters Degree) with 4 years Honors in any discipline from any Public or Private University approved by UGC. 

• B.Sc. Engineering (4 years Honors) from any Public or Private University approved by UGC. 

• 1st Classes/Divisions in all academic examinations with GPA at least 4.00 out of 5.00 in SSC & HSC or equivalent examinations & CGPA at least 3.00 out of 4.00 or 3.75 out of 5.00 in case of Honors & Master Degree. 

• Computer literacy is a must. 

• Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills. 

• Proficiency in both Bengali & English. 

• Special knack in most Microsoft Applications will be appreciated 

Experience: Not experience required. It is an opportunity for fresh graduates 

Age Limit: Minimum 22 years and maximum 30 years as on January 21, 2021. 

Salary and Benefits: BDT 48, 400  during probation period. After confirmation in the regular post, salary and benefits will be determined as per approved pay scale of the Bank.
