During the 24-month traineeship period, Management Trainee Officers will receive structured on-the-job, in-house and external training programs to develop their professional competence, leadership capability and practical exposure. The on-the-job training program includes rotational assignments in General Banking. Credit Management and Foreign Exchange Operations to develop core banking expertise.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Fresh graduates or postgraduates from reputed universities at home or abroad
Minimum CGPA 3.25 out of 4,00 or equivalent at all academic levels Maximum age 32 years at the time of joining
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

WHAT WE OFFER:

Competitive remuneration with a monthly consolidated salary package of BDT 75,000.00 per month during the traineeship period of 02 (two) years.
Structured career progression: upon confirmation as Principal Officer will be entitled to a monthly salary package of BDT 90,000.00 per month
