Department of Public Administration, Jahangirnagar University, Savar, Dhaka-1342 is inviting application for Master in Human Resource Development and Industrial Relations (MHRDIR). It is a weekend program.
For last three decades industrialization in Bangladesh has got a momentum. Fierce competition, access to global market, impact of globalization has increased the necessity of skilled manpower. Further, development of legal framework and social compliance accelerated the demand of skilled professionals of employment/Industrial relations. Additionally, many people work in HR and IR profession without having the proper knowledge base of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. All these factors cumulatively created a huge demand of knowledgeable HR Professionals.
Considering all the factors many academic institutes have introduced Masters in HRM. Jahangirnagar University is one of them. Their Admission Notice for Summer Semester, 2021 for Master in Human Resource Development and Industrial Relations (MHRDIR- Weekend Program) has been announced.

Eligibility: Admission is open to individuals who have:
• at least a Bachelor degree (Hon's) in any field of study with no third division/class or CGPA/GPA below 2.5 at any level.
• a Master's Degree is compulsory for B.A./B.S.S/B.Sc (Pass) applicants.
Application can be done either online or offline. Online application process can be completed by visiting at hrdir.iitju.edu.bd or offline application form can be collected from and submitted to the office of the Department of Public Administration (Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm).

Application closes: August 25, 2021; Wednesday
Admission test (online): August 28, 2021; Friday; 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
