Qualification and competency:
• Master's degree in Social Science, Development Studies, International Development, Economics, or Business Administration; from any reputed national or international university
• Over 8 years' experience managing fundraising activities within the international and national development sector for an INGO/NGO or development consulting firm.
• Experience in writing projects proposals in English and Bengali and winning grants of at least $5M USD in funding.
• Experience developing funding strategies and delivering income against targets.
• Experience of establishing and cultivating strong donor relationships that have delivered substantially increased income.
• Experience of proactively building and maintaining effective partnerships both internal and external.

Qualification and competency:
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from reputed national and international public or private universities enlisted with Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).
• Applicants must have membership with Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB)
• In-depth knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), accessibility issues
• Minimum 05 years of experience in relevant field with successful track record.
• Should have experience in the following area(s)
• Inspection Consultation & Structural Design, Civil Engineering in any reputed Developer, Engineering Firms, and Real Estate companies.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD.
• Advanced MS Office skills and proficient in computer operating systems and software applications.
• Excellent command both in Bengali and English.
• Exemplary analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven project management skills with a large and diverse workforce.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and meet short- and long-term deadlines.
