Job Title: Probationary Officer
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Academic Qualification:
The candidates should be minimum Post Graduate from any recognized educational institution having CGPA 3.5 in the scale of 4.00 and GPA 4.0 in the scale of 5.00 in SSC and HSC.
Probation Period and Compensation:
The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 2 (two) years with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 55,000/ for the first year and Tk. 60,000, for the Second year. After successful completion of probationary period, her services in the Bank will be confirmed and she will be absorbed as "Senior Officer" with gross salary of Tk. 75,000 per month.

Not over 32 years as on August 20, 2025

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Academic Qualification:
The candidates should be minimum Graduate from any recognized educational institution having 4.00 in the scale of 5.00 and CGPA below 2.80 in the scale of 4.00 in academic career.
Probation Period and Compensation:
The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 2 (two) years with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 26,000/ for the first year and Tk. 30,000, for the Second year. After successful completion of probationary period, her services in the Bank will be confirmed and she will be absorbed as "Assistant Officer (Cash)" with gross salary of Tk. 36,000, per month.
The selected candidates shall have to sign a Bond on non-judicial stamp valuing Tk. 300/- to the effect that she shall serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years after completion of her probationary period with certain conditions.
