SMC Enterprise Limited, a large, well-reputed organization involved in the sales, marketing, and production of health, consumer and pharmaceutical products, is looking for some talented and aspiring individuals for the following position on contract basis:
POSITION: PROGRAM OFFICER, TRAINING AND SERVICE DELIVERY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The incumbents will be responsible for field level implementation and monitoring of SMC's Network of private sector Health Providers.
- They will implement field level activities of Blue Star, Green Star and Pink Star program through private sector non-graduate and graduate service providers.
- They will also coordinate other field level program activities and collaborative programs with the partners.
- They will be actively involved in the selection process of the new service providers for the Blue Star, Green Star and Pink Star networks.
- They will also be involved in organizing training sessions and ensuring their required logistics.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- Candidates should have a master degree in any discipline preferably in Social Science.
- Maximum 35 years' age. Age may be relaxed for deserving candidate.
- At least 2 years' experience in Family Planning, Maternal and Child health and other important public health issues and/ or sales and marketing of pharmaceuticals products.
- Excellent computer operating skills in MS Office application suite.
- Extensive field travel with motorcycle and public transport.
- Must have valid Motorcycle driving license.
- Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
