Qualification: Graduation from any discipline. Masters, BBA/MBA (HR) preferable.
Experience: Minimum 08 years’ service career and 02 years working experience in similar position at any reputed group of company.

Qualification:
M.Sc I B.Sc Engineering in Ceramics I Chemical / Mechanical / Related Field from any reputed University with minimum 8 years working experience in a reputed Ceramics company Porcelain Tableware Plant in a leading role. E
Experience:
The candidate should have vast knowledge in Plant & Machineries, Production Planning, Product Development, Raw Materials Inventory, Factory Management, quality control & cost analysis, Sales & Marketing, ability to lead, co-ordinate improve the work efficiency for enhancing profit. To formulate appropriate strategy to promote ceramics business to achieve desired target. Execute and monitor work plan as set by the management. Experience in establishing a new ceramics factory is preferable.
