Job Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales target.
Ensure sales growth and explore untapped market.
Lead sales team (SR/Sales Officer) and assess the sales performance according to KPL.
Manage distributors and ensure availability of products to the assigned territory
Analyse sales data to understand sales trends and competition.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from any recognized university by UGC with 1 division or CGPA above 3.25 Candidates from Business background will be preferred.
Strong communication skill and good command over MS Office.
Mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
