Job Title: Management Trainee Program
Educational qualification and other competencies:
• MBA/MBM/Masters or equivalent degree in any discipline/B.Sc. engineering from any public university and UGC approved reputed private university
• Must have at least 03 (three) 1st Division/-Class/equivalent GPA/CGPA in the academic records. Candidate passed 0' level & A' level should have at least 05 (five) "B" in 0' Level and 2 (two) "B" in A' Level. No 3rd Division/Class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in academic records will be accepted.
• Candidates having extracurricular activities will get added advantages.
Compensation package:
One year probation period with monthly consolidated pay of Tk. 55,000. Upon successful completion of probation period, the candidates will be confirmed as Senior Officer having monthly gross salary of Tk. 70,000 as per policy.
Age Limit:
Not over 30 years (maximum 32 years for freedom fighter's family members subject to producing proper evidence provided by Government of Bangladesh) as on September 10, 2022.
