Job Title: PROBATIONARY OFFICER


Competency and Qualification for the post of "Probationary Officer":


Candidates must be from a well reputed University (All Public & Private Universities approved by UGC, BIBM or any Foreign Reputed University) having three first Divisions/Classes, GPA 4.50 out of 5.00 and CGPA 3.50 out of 4.00 where applicable in any of the following discipline:


1.    MBM/MBA/Maters with 4-year Bachelor degree in any discipline or 04-year B.Sc. in Engineering preferably in CSE/EEE/ETE/ Civil

2.    The candidates must have CGPA 3.75 out of 5.00 and CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 in Bachelor and Masters and GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC. In case of English Medium, the candidates must have at least 3 A's with 2 B's in "0" Level and 1 A with 1 B in "A" Level.

3.    The Candidates must be Computer Literate with operational knowledge of Windows, MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point and must be fluent in English.

•    The consolidated pay during probation period wit be Tk.45, 000/-(Taka forty-five thousand ) only per month.


•    After successful completion of probation period, they will be absorbed in the Rank of Executive Officer and they will get Gross Salary  in the prescribed pay scale of the Bank.

 

Important information:


•    The candidates fulfilling the required criteria will have to sit for written test & Viva-Voce.
•    Successful candidates will be selected on the basis of merit.
•    All selected candidates will remain on probation fora period of 01(one) year.
•    Finally selected candidates have to agree with a Service Bond for a period of 3(three) years from the date of joining.
•    Probationary Officers have to surrender their original educational certificates to the bank for the bond period.
•    Age must not exceed 30 years as on 22.12.2023.
•    Job location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
•    Only published academic results are acceptable.
•    Any kind of persuasion on behalf of the candidate will lead to rejection.

Job Title: JUNIOR OFFICER (GENERAL/CASH)


Competency and Qualification for the post of "Junior Officer (General/Cash):


•    Masters with Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed university (UGC approved) in case of Junior Officer (General). 4-year Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed university (UGC approved) in case of Junior Officer (Cash).


•    A minimum of CGPA 2.25 or Second Class in post-graduation and graduation level.


•    A minimum of GPA 4.00 in both Secondary and Higher Secondary levels and at least 2 A's with 3 B's in "0" Level and 2 B's in "A" Level.


•    No third Division/ Class or CGPA equivalent to 3rd Division/ Class is allowed in any discipline.


•    The Candidates must be Computer Literate with operational knowledge of Windows, MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point and must be fluent in English.

•    The consolidated pay during probation period will be Tk.28,000/-(Taka twenty eight thousand ) for Junior Officer(General) and Tk.26,000/-(Taka twenty six thousand ) for Junior Officer(Cash)  only per month.


•    After successful completion of probation period, they will receive remuneration  as per the regular pay scale of the Bank.
