Job Title: Auditors (SO-FAVP)


Work Unit: Audit Departement


Key Responsibilities:


•    Identify core risk areas of Banking and conduct audit of both branch and departments
•    Identify potential risk of fraud and forgery, lapses in the Banking Operations and recommend process development
•    Have analytical skill and understnding of policies, regulations, circulars and guide lines
•    Execution of Audit Plan and monitor compliance


Requirements:


•    2-10 year’s relevant experience, depending on the grade applied for, in any reputed Bank
•    Bachelors from any reputed University , qualification of ACCA/CMA/CA will be given preference
•    Ability to operate core Banking Software

Job Title: Recovery Official (PO - FAVP)


Work Unit: Special Assets Management Division


Key Responsibilities:


•    To follow-up and recover from Stressed /Exit/non-performing accounts 
•    To visit borrowers/guarantors and/or other relevant areas (outside/Inside of Dhaka) with regular basis towards regularization/recovery of the accounts
•    Preparation of Credit memo related to renewal, settlement/ rescheduling/extension of validity
•    To communicate and maintain liaison with external & internal stakeholders. (Such as branch, legal unit, regulatory authority, law enforcement authority, law chambers, recovery agents etc.)
•    Should have the ability to meet the target asset by the Management to keep NPL ratio minimum & work under pressure


Requirements:


•    4-10 year’s relevant experience, depending on the grade applied for, in any reputed Bank
•    Masters/Bachelors from any reputed University
•    Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel/ E-mail handling etc.)

Requirements: 

Masters/Bachelor degree from any reputed University

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluating a assessing client's financial requirements 3 preparing credit proposals by ensuring compliance with internal policies. Procedures di external regulatory requirements.

2. Monitoring E ensuring timely loan repayment. Collecting financial statements R other necessary documents from time to time 

3. Ensuring timely review 8 renewal/structuring/rescheduling of the credit facilities

4. Periodical analyzing IL monitoring of portfolio performance and follow up exceptions. Conditions. Covenants, overdue, expired credit A documentation etc. 

5. Coordinating and meeting audit A other regulatory body; requirements 

6. Any other activities assigned by the management
