Relationship Officer/Manager
Gob Grade: Assistant Officer – Principal Officer
Job Responsibilities:
Achieve yearly target of Home Loan/Mortgage Loan
Maintain sound and warm relationship with the existing customer and search for potential Customer
Interview present and potential clients to understand their lending needs and refinance of existing loans
Assist Client for completion of mortgage loan documentation
Assess and review loan application for repayment capacity and default risk
Ensure compliance to know your customer and Anti Money Laundering requirement
Maintain internal liaison for disbursement with due diligence
Academic Requirement:
Minimum Bachelor from any discipline
Experience:
2-8 Years
Additional Requirement:
Must be competent in retail banking, business development, relationship management and customer centric.
Excellent verbal communication skill both in English and Bangla
Analytical Ability, Interpersonal skill, and Ms- Office
