Position: Executive/ Assistant Manager/ Manager- Farm (Breeder)
Education: B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry/DVM from any reputed university
Experience:
• Executive- Minimum 2 years of experience in poultry breeder farm operation
• Assistant Manager- Minimum 5 years of experience in poultry breeder farm operation
• Manager- Minimum 7 years experience in poultry breeder farm operation
Job Location: Outside of Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the brooding, growing, and laying process of poultry flock as per the standard process
• Monitor the feeding, vaccination, body weight, health condition, etc. of the flock to ensure healthy flock management
• Create a favorable environment for pullet during the laying period to enhance productivity
• Conduct egg grading, measure egg weight and select the best quality eggs for hatching
• Maintain strict biosecurity measures and prevent diseases
• Prepare farms for new flock entry following the standard process
• Ensure accurate and on-time ERP record keeping and provide timely flock performance reports
• Coordinate with Engineering team to execute scheduled and preventive maintenance of machineries and equipment’s
• Address any machine breakdowns for timely repair to prevent any major production loss
Additional Requirements:
• Experience in end-to-end poultry breeder farm operation
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and in-house ERP
