The ideal candidates must have the qualifications & competencies as follows:

Job title: Additional Managing Director

Minimum Qualification:

•    Age: Maximum Age 56 years as on 16.07.2023
•    Banking experience: Minimum 21 years working experience in any reputed Bank/Financial Institution with at least 02 years as DMD or equivalent rank

Job title: Deputy Managing Director

Minimum Qualification:

•    Age: Maximum Age 55 years as on 16.07.2023
•    Banking experience: Minimum 20 years working experience in any reputed Bank/Financial Institution with at least 02 years as SEVP or equivalent rank.

Job title: Executive Vice President

Minimum Qualification:

•    Age: Maximum Age 55 years as on 16.07.2023
•    Banking experience: Minimum 18 years working experience in any reputed Bank/Financial Institution with at least 02 years as SVP or equivalent rank

Job title: Senior Vice President

Minimum Qualification:

•    Age: Maximum Age 52 years as on 16.07.2023
•    Banking experience: Minimum 16 years working experience in any reputed Bank/Financial Institution with at least 02 years as VP or equivalent rank.

Job title: Senior Assistant Vice President

Minimum Qualification:

•    Age: Maximum Age 45 years as on 16.07.2023
•    Banking experience: Minimum 13 years working experience in any reputed Bank/Financial Institution with at least 02 years as AVP or equivalent rank.

Educational Qualification for all Posts: Minimum Graduation Degree from any recognized university approved by UGC.

Condition(s) may be relaxed for highly experienced & otherwise suitable candidates.
Keynotes:

•    Candidates having 3rd Division/Class/equivalent GPA/CGPA in any examinations need not to apply.

•    Only short listed candidates will be called for appearing at the Viva-voce.

•    Candidates having related industry standard certification and training will be given preference.

•    Finally selected candidates (except DMD & AMD) will have to execute a Surety Bond Cum Service Agreement to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 03 (three) continuous years from the date of joining.

•    Job location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.

•    Any persuasion will be treated as disqualification.
