FAS Finance and Investment Limited is a promising financial institution incorporated as a public limited company on 18.08.2001, invites applications for the following positions:
POSITION: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) (SAVP/VP)
Qualification and Competency:
• Masters in Commerce (Major in Accounting) from a reputed university.
• Professional background (preferably CMA/CA/CFA qualified) will get preference.
• Must have 10 (ten) years of experience in the relevant field with at least 5 (five) years as a CFO/Deputy to CFO from any NFBI/Bank. The candidate should have thorough knowledge of budgeting, planning & preparation of financial statements of NBFI/Bank.
• Age not more than 40 years.
POSOTION: HEAD OF INTERNAL CONTROL & COMPLIANCE (FAVP/AVP)
Qualification and Competency:
• Masters in Commerce from a reputed university.
• Professional background (preferably CMA/CA/CFA qualified) will get preference.
• Must have 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in the internal control and compliance department as Head/Deputy Head of any NFBI/Bank. He/She should have thorough knowledge of rules & regulation of Bangladesh Bank regarding Audit & Inspection of Banks/NBFI's.
• Age not more than 40 years.
POSITION: HEAD OF TREASURY (SPO/FAVP)
Qualification and Competency:
• Masters in Accounting/Finance/Economics from a reputed university.
• Must have 8 (eight) years of experience with at least 5 (five) years in the Treasury Department of any NBFI/Bank.
• Age not more than 35 years.
POSITION: HEAD OF HR & ADMIN. (SPO/FAVP)
Qualification and Competency:
• Masters in Human Resources Management from a reputed university.
• Must have 10 (ten) years of experience in the relevant field with at least 5 (five) years as a Head/Deputy Head of HR and Admin of any NFBI/Bank.
• Age not more than 40 years.
POSITION: HEAD OF BRANDING & COMMUNICATION. (PO/SPO)
Qualification and Competency:
• Masters in Marketing/ MBA with Major in Branding & Communication from a reputed university.
• At least 08 (eight) years of relevant experience in a NFBI/Bank or any reputed company.
• Age not more than 35 years.
POSITION: HEAD OF SPECIAL ASSET MANGEMENT (FAVP/AVP)
Qualification and Competency:
• Masters equivalent from a reputed university in any discipline. Preferably in Law background.
• At least 10 (ten) years relevant experience in a NFBI/Bank or any reputed company.
• Age not more than 35 years.
POSITION: HEAD OF CREDIT DEPARTMENT (VP/SVP)
Qualification and Competency:
• Masters equivalent from a reputed university in any discipline. Preferably in business background.
• At least 08 (eight) years of relevant experience in a NFBI/Bank or any reputed company.
• Age not more than 40 years.
POSITION: BRANCH MANAGER (PO/SPO)
Qualification and Competency:
• Masters equivalent from a reputed university in any discipline.
• Must have at least 8 (eight) years of experience with at least 3 (three) years as Branch Manager in any NFBI/Bank.
• Probable Posting in Dhaka/Chattogram/Narsingdi)
• Age not more than 40 years
CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYEE: (FOR DHAKA, CHATTOGRAM, & SYLHET BRANCHES)
POSITION: JUNIOR RELATIONSHIP OFFICER ( FOR DEPOSIT MARKETING):
Qualification and Competency:
• Masters or 4-years Bachelors in any discipline from a reputed university.
• 2 or 3 years experiences having good track record of deposit marketing/mobilization.
• After selection they will be appointed for 1 year on contractual basis and renewable subject to the satisfactory performances.
• Age not more than 35 years.
Note:
1. Salary: Negotiable
2. Other service benefits will be given as per the Company policy.
3. Academic result: All through 1st Division or equivalent CGPA will be preferred.
4. Age may be relaxed for well-experienced candidates for all posts/positions
