Position: Director (Program) 

Basic Qualifications and Experience: 

•  MBBS degree preferably with post graduation in the field in public health or reproductive health 
•  Minimum 10 years' professional experience including at least 5 years' experience of working in the field of Sexual & Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR) 
•  Experience in successfully planning, designing, implementing, managing and coordinating projects/programmers/activities in SRHR field Monthly

Remuneration: Taka 1,50,000/-(Consolidated) 

Position: Deputy Director (Resource Mobilization) 

Basic Qualifications and Experience: 

• Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, Statistics, Anthropology or any other relevant subjects, or equivalent professional degree 
•  8 years’ experience (at least 3 years in a relevant field in senior position) 
•  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English

Basic Qualifications and Experience: 

1. PhD in public health/ population studies! management/ social science/ medicines with at least 5 years of experiences in the relevant field or master's degree in public health/population studies/management/social science/doctor in medicine with at least 10 years of experiences in the relevant field, 

2. Demonstrated experiences in modem approaches to change management, 

3. Highly experienced in developing policy framework, restructuring and structural options, action plans, guidelines and management of sexual and reproductive health and rights, 

4. Highly experienced in management of donor funded projects, network building and resource mobilization, experienced working with Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) and familiar with Department of Health Services (DoHS). 

Age: 35 years to 62 years
