Job title: Head of Branch AVP-SVP 1 (for Uttara, Dhanmondi, Chattogram and Rural Branches)
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
Professional requirements:
• Minimum 12 years of banking exposures having unbroken service record including 3 years as Head of Branch in cited locations with credible track record of performance.
• Capable to deliver hassle-free customer services by assuring compliance with the prudential guidelines in the related field of operations.
Job title: Manager Operations EO-AVP Maximum 2 (for Uttara, Dhanmondi, Chattogram and Rural Branches)
Age Limit: 42 years
Professional requirements:
• Minimum 08 years of banking exposures having unbroken service record including 2 years as Operation Manager of Branch in cited locations with credible track record of performance.
• Capable to deliver hassle-free customer services by assuring compliance with the prudential guidelines in the related field of operations.
Job title: Head of SME AVP-SVP
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
Professional requirements:
• Minimum 12 years of experience in commercial banking having unbroken service record with sufficient expertise in SME sector with credible track record of performance.
• Having professional training in SME banking, credit risk management & wide network of SME clients.
• Having in-depth knowledge on banking regulatory framework and guidelines on SME Banking, client management, commercial products, compliance requirements and operations.
• High success records in credit management and recovery and notable contribution in SME field.
Job title: Head of Retail Banking AVP-VP
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
Professional requirements:
• Minimum 12 years of experience in commercial banking with sufficient expertise in Retail Banking sector having credible track record of performance.
• Plan and initiate retail banking activities and resources in order to meet retail objectives of the Bank.
• Having in-depth knowledge on banking regulatory framework and guidelines on Retail Banking.
Additional Attributes:
• Post-Graduation having no 3rd class/division in academic career.
• The ideal candidate for the position is expected to be self-starter and business focused having very good connectivity with the clienteles across the different segments.
• Good Communication skills both in English and Bengali.
Salary Range: As per salary structure of the Bank.
