Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Uttara Finance and Investments Limited, one of the leading joint venture leasing and financial companies in the country is looking for a competent Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Prime objective of Chief Financial Officer (CFO):

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for all the fiscal operating results of the company utilizing generally accepted accounting principles, such as cost accounting, budgets, and regulatory agency and government reports ensuring the safeguard of Company's assets.
•    Responsible for managing all matters pertaining to Finance.
•    Financial Planning, MIS, Budgeting, Cash Flow Projections,
•    Responsible for ensuring integrity, accuracy and completeness of financial data
•    Supervising filing of statutory returns to regulatory authorities
•    Reviewing / preparing management and financial reports for the Company
•    Ensure compliance of all the financial guidelines of the concerned regulators

Experience Requirements:

The applicants should have experience in the following areas:

•    Minimum 15 years' experience in any reputed bank or financial institution out of which at least 5 years' experience in a leadership role in accounts & taxation related works of a bank / Fl. Preference shall be given to the candidates working as CFO or Deputy CFO/ Head of Finance in any reputed bank or Fl.
Educational Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant with MBA, MBM, Master Degree in Finance/Accounting / Banking from any recognized university.
