Job Title: ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER

Job Description: 

- Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies. 

- Organize and design marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness. 

- Support Marketing Manager to introduce new products in the market. 

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth. 

- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses. 

- Assist in developing annual business plan for company growth. 

- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action" 

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: 

- 2/3 years brand management experience in FMCG with personal care product.

 - Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles. 

- BBA & MBA in marketing from any reputed university. 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bangla.

- Creative mindset, organizing skills, experience in meeting deadlines
