Job Title: Executive — Factory HR

Requirements:

Educational Background:

Minimum Bachelors in Human Resource
Management. (Preferred PGD in HRM)

Experience:

2-4 years in HRM (preferably factory premises)
Job Location : Gazaria, Munshiganj (Abdul Monem Economic Zone)

Job Responsibilities

Reconciliation of factory manpower in accordance with budget and on-roll employees.
Complete the whole recruitment process as per requirement. (Both direct & indirect)
Monitor & maintain leave management in factory and monitor regular attendance data.
Work with ERP system (Recruitment module, Employee Central module etc. of Success-Factor).
Prepare salary related data and submit in time.
