Eligibility:
1. 4 Years of Graduation / Post Graduation with a minimum CGPA 3.0 out of 4.0 or 1st Class in any discipline from any UGC approved university
2. Minimum 3.75 out of 5.0 in both SSC & HSC or 3A's in 0 level & 2A's in A level
3. Good command over English & Computer literacy is a must.
Age:
Age not over 30 years as on 01.09.2021 (relatable for the children of freedom fighters up to the age of 32 years)
We Offer:
Selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for a period of 01 year with a monthly consolidates pay of Tk. 50,000.00 (Taka Fifty Thousand Only). On successful completion of probation period, they will be absorbed as Senior Officer under the bank's regular pay package admissible in the grade.

Service Guarantee:
At the time of joining, selected candidates will have to serve the bank for 05 (five) years at any of its branches/ offices within the country.
Selection Procedure:
Shortlisted candidates will be called for psychometric test, written test. Based on merit, selected applicants will be called for presentation, deliberation and interview.
