Experience:

Minimum 16 (sixteen) years' working experience in card business including 03 (three) years' as Head of Card Division of a Private Commercial Bank. Preference will be given to the applicants having exposure in Islami Credit Card product development and marketing.


Education:

Minimum Graduation with no third class/division in any level of academic career.


Age:

Not exceeding 52 Years (relaxable for deserving candidates)


JOB TITLE: HEAD OF ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML)


Job Grade: VP-SVP


Experience:

Minimum 16 (sixteen) years' working experience in banking operations including three (3) years as Head of AML with proven track record in compliance matters.

Job Description / Responsibility:

a.       Responsible for the entire operations of the Branch, ensure every employees provides excellent customer services.

b.       Manage all other activities of the branch with high ethical standard complying with both internal and external compliance.

c.       Ensure operational efficiency of the branch through excellent service and costing cutting initiative

d.       Check transactions as per guidelines. Ensure all business transactions are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

e.       All Branch maintenance i.e. cleanliness, floor management, branch security, IT security etc.

f.        Act as joint custodian of vault keys.

g.       Perform duty as BAMLCO.

h.       Ensure on time submission of all relevant reports and statements to Regulatory Bodies and Head Office.

i.         Ensure employee productivity and engagement.

j.         Leading and development of Team.

k.       Work in close and effective relationship with Senior Managers and Divisional Heads of Investment Risk Management, Investment Administration, Trade Finance, Investment Banking, SMEs to ensure that the Investment requests for new and existing facilities are correctly prepared in accordance with Bank Policies and regulatory guidelines.

l.         Ensure due diligence in complying with Investment policy, regulatory requirement, and covenant & conditions advised in the sanction/Instruction letter/ Circulars/Office Orders.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

1.       MBA/Master’s Degree from any reputed University having no 3rd division/class or CGPA less than 2.50 in any examination.

2.       Minimum 06 years of working experience in any reputed Islami /commercial bank along with at least 18 months experience as Branch Manager Operations. Islami banking knowledge & experience is preferred.

3.       Must have extensive experience in Islami/ Commercial Banking in the field of General Banking, Trade Finance, Operations and Investment Management. Islami banking knowledge & experience is preferred.

4.       Person needs to be all-rounder-excellent relationship management skills, very sound knowledge base in Investment, Foreign Trade & General Banking.

5.       Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude, has excellent relationship management and leadership skill to lead the team from the front.

6.       Computer literacy & fluency in English is desirable.

7.       Must be willing to work in any branch of the bank

8.       Age should not exceed 40 years as on 01.02.2022.

Eligibility Criteria: 


•     Trainee Assistant Officer (General) 4 Years of Graduation / Post Graduation with a minimum CGPA 3.0 out of 4.0 in any discipline from any UGC approved university and minimum 3.75 out of 5.0 in both SSC & HSC level.


•    Trainee Assistant Officer (Cash) 4 Years of Graduation / Post Graduation with a minimum CGPA 2.85 out of 4.0 in any discipline from any UGC approved university and minimum 3.5 out of 5.0 in both SSC & HSC level.
Good command over English & Computer literacy is a must.


Age: Age not over 30 years as on 30.11.2021 (relax able for the children of freedom fighters up to the age of 32 years).


Service Guarantee: At the time of joining, selected candidates will have to serve the bank for 05 (five) years at any of its branches/ offices within the country.

We Offer:
