Executives/ Manager -Business Development & Planning:
Major Responsibilities:
Learning business methodology, fabric production flow chart of knit/denim/woven and its RMG manufacturing process and understanding all departments’ responsibility are imperative to ensure input to final shipment on time. Also, knowing lead time of production sub sections, inherent characteristics of products and machines are important to aid efficient planning, coordination and follow up. Identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective and existing clients, collaborating with executives to achieve current business performance as well as maximizing business reach and potential are highly sought after by the job. Accomplishment of the above may build and shape his/her career from Planning to SBU Operations Leader over the course of time.
Pre-requisite to Apply:
BBA and MBA or B. Sc. in Textile Engineering with MBA from any reputed university. IPE/CMA qualified/IBA graduates will be given preference. Minimum 12 years of core experience in operation or strategic field of RMG sector will be placed in managerial positions. In case of highly talented candidate, experience other than RMG sector may also be considered.

Manager-Production Planning for Denim Garments
Major Responsibilities:
Execute proactive mobilization plan of fabrics and accessories as to ensure optimum utilization of cutting, sewing, washing and finishing lines/facilities to ship on schedule. It also includes coordination with IE for planning and implementing engineering changes in production lines, crisis management, ad hoc plans on short supply situation to maximize recovery from idle time and minimize delivery failures.
Pre-requisite to Apply:
Masters from Public University/B. Sc. in IPE from any reputed university. Minimum 10 years of core experience of planning in any reputed denim garments factory..
Age: Maximum 40 years.
Workstation: Denim garments factory at Valuka.
Deputy Manager/Manager-HR, Admin & Compliance
Major Responsibilities: Look after the overall HR, Admin and Compliance issues of woven garments manufacturing industries.
Pre-requisite to Apply:
BBA and MBA in HRM from any reputed University is highly preferred. Masters with Honors in Management/Public Administration may also be considered. More than 09 years of experience in relevant field is required, especially in reputed and compliant woven garments factories. Should have good knowledge on BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Higg Index, ZDHC etc. Should be well conversant with Fire, Electrical and Structural safety compliance. Should have adequate knowledge on ISO-9001:2015 and 14001:2015.
Age: Below 40 years. Workstation: Woven Garments factory at Valuka, Mymensingh.
Deputy Manager-Fabric Sourcing
Major Responsibilities:
Need clear knowledge and understanding of the quality parameter/constructions of greige/finished denim and non-denim woven fabrics and its local or overseas supply sources. Develop and execute the sourcing plan and procurement strategy through competitive sourcing of the required fabric to ensure production department to run as per plan.
Pre-requisite to Apply:
BBA and MBA in Marketing/ Supply Chain Management or B. Sc. in Textile Technology from any reputed university. In case of a certified supply chain professional from reputed institute, background education requirement may be re-considered. Minimum 08 years of experience in fabric sourcing in any reputed group of companies or trading office.
Age: Below 40 years.
Workstation: Head office.
