Job Title: Head of Research & Development
Key responsibilities:
• Leading the R&D team for achieving the business objectives
• Providing necessary guidance to develop generic drug products for both domestic and international markets including highly regulated markets
• Supervising the entire R&D team by organizing the work flow and tasks to maximize operational efficiency of both formulation and analytical lab
Rearranging the resources based on the requirements to meet organizational objectives
• Implementing various strategies and formats for organization development
• Support the activities associated with the company's global programs
• Work closely with the Directors and quickly response to key decision points
Requirements:
1. M. Pharm or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences
2. Experience in developing at least 10 ANDA
Experience:
Must have 17-20 years of experience in R & D of any reputed pharmaceutical company
Job Title: Group Leader, Research & Development
Key Responsibilities:
Leading, managing and developing the team, building functional capability & expertise
Ensuring the team have the skills, knowledge, motivation and empowerment to perform their roles
Leading the team of formulation development scientist for achieving the business objectives by successfully developing the stable and bioequivalent products
Supervising the team by Organizing workflow and tasks to effectively utilizing the available resources for maximum output
Coordinating with all cross functional team for smooth flow of the projects till regulatory submission and approval
Ensuring assigned work in accordance with GMP norms, SOPs, regulatory requirements
Conducting Internal & External audits whenever required
Requirements:
M. Pharm or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences
Experience:
Must have 10-15 years of experience in R & D of any reputed pharmaceutical company
