Job Title: Branch Manager


Employment Status:

Permanent in the rank up to EVP


Experience Requirements:


Minimum 5 years’ experience as Manager in any Bank with proven track record.
Applicant preferably have started his/her career as MTO or Probationary Officer.
The candidates must have exposure and experience in Branch Management, Banking Operations and Business development.

Educational Requirements:


Post-graduation degree from reputed university with no third division/class in any academic result.

Job Title: Head of Corporate Banking


Employment Status:


Permanent in the rank of EVP/SVP



Experience Requirements:


•    Minimum 18 years’ experience in overall banking with proven track record of which minimum 3 years in the similar position.

Job Title: Head of Cash Management (Payrole Banking/Liability Marketing)

 

Employment Status:

Job Responsibilities:


Develop a sustainable full year deposit pipe line to ensure consistency in converting month on month (MOM) deals for meeting target.
Research the year on year (YOY) assigned budget.
Maintain a portfolio mixture of low and high-cost deposits in a sustainable manner.
Focus in an increased number of new relationships booking.
Build a diverse set of customers across segments/industries.
Board new companies for Payroll Banking to ensure budgeted business growth.
Manage payroll banking portfolio to ensure regular growth.
S/he will facilitate and monitor Branch to ensure company on boarding for payroll business growth.
Ensure smooth salary payroll account opening of clients by coordinating with concern team.
Coordinate with the concern team to ensure smooth salary disbursement of the payroll companies.

Academic Requirements:

Officer on Probation will receive monthly consolidated remuneration of Tk.40,000/- during proba tion period and will be absorbed as Officer with benefits & allowances totaling Tk.55,405/= on satisfactory completion of the Probation Period.

Job requirements:


1.    Post-Graduation with IT Background from a reputed university with very good academic record.
2.    At least 15-20 years' IT experience in reputed commercial bank(s)/Organization of which, minimum three (3) year experience in the position of Head of IT or equivalent position , with a unique blend of professional exposure with Information Technology
3.    Leading the ICT team members to identify and analyze existing business process, procedures and practice for design, up-gradation and maintenance of all operations and activities related to software solutions, network and communication infrastructure and Data Center, DR Site for ensuring acceptable quality and integrity of the system.
4.    Working experience related to CBS (functional & technical consultancy / operations).
5.    Supervise software, network, communication, and hardware operation and their maintenance.
6.    Providing guidance to all programmers/solution developers for designing functional and system specifications at the time of development, testing and deployment phases as per USER's request for conventional and Islamic banking, ATM and Internet Banking, VISA and other financial deliverables in the software and other database.
7.    Liaison with different Divisional Heads and Branch Managers to fulfill their expectations and discuss the risk benefits being associated with IT Products and Services.
8.    Developing project plans, methodologies, techniques and documentation to estimate cost resources using project management principles.
9.    Designing and development of Bank's Information Security Policy, IT Audit Policy, Business Continuity Disaster Recovery Policy (BCP & DRP), Software Development Policy and conducting ICT Operational and awareness training.
10.    Making compliance of all issues being raised by Internal or External auditors.

3.    Design and implement new products and guidelines to address the demands of the customer.
4.    Prepare Annual Budget of the Department.
5.    Ensure compliance with Bank's credit card policy and regulations of Bangladesh Bank.
6.    Develop and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the Cards & Electronic Banking Unit.
7.    To be focused on customer segmentation, portfolio optimization, operational excellence and maximizing product profitability.
8.    Manages the implementation, monitoring, and recommendation of changes to policies and procedures to ensure accountability and Smooth operation of ATM, CDM, POS, Debit Card Systems, Credit Card Systems, Card Production Machines, ATM Switch and other Electronic Banking System.
9.    Co-ordination with related business and operation departments for Card systems & Electronic Banking System operations as well as maintain the Internal Audit and Compliance as well as regulatory requirements.
10.    To monitor the performance of team members including the sales and recovery team and prepare appraisal of the said team.
11.    Maintains inventory of equipment acquisitions, installations, designs, and modifications.
12.    Ensures Service Level Agreements are met with individual banks.
13.    Securing a number of alliances to enhance product features and benefits.
14.    Ensure customer service with distinctive manner.
