Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission Secretariat is inviting applications from the candidates for the posts of Assistant Judge for the 14th Bangladesh Judicial Service Test.

Qualification and competency:
• Minimum qualification:
4 year bachelor's degree (honors) in Law from a recognized university or a bachelor's degree in Law or 3 (three) year bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized foreign university; Provided, however, that the person must have a bachelor's or master's degree (honors) in law or, as the case may be, a second class or equivalent CGPA at the postgraduate level in Law.
• Appeared candidates:
Undergraduate or undergraduate (honors) in law or in the postgraduate examination in the field. Candidates can submit application form. However, the examination must be completed on or before the last date of submission of application.
• Physical Qualification:
The candidate should be physically fit to perform the duties of Assistant Judge properly. In order to verify and certify whether there is any physical disability that hinders the discharge of such duty, the candidate has to appear before the Medical Board or the designated Medical Officer constituted by the Department of Health. Details of the physical qualifications are given in paragraph 20 of the first chapter of the booklet titled “Information, Instructions and Detailed Syllabus” published on the Commission's website.
• Nationality:
The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh or a permanent resident of Bangladesh or domiciled in Bangladesh. But if the candidate marries or commit to marry a person who is not a citizen of Bangladesh, he will be considered ineligible.
Experience: Not mentioned
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years on January 01, 2022. (Age will be determined according to secondary school certificate or original certificate of equivalent examination.) The age more than the requirements will not be accepted. Affidavit will not be admissible in case of age determination.
Salary and Benefits: According to government pay scale
