Position: Area Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and develop Territory Sales Manager team to drive business growth.
Monitor Territory Sales Manager and Front-End Sales People.
Solicit, Evaluate, and recommend new distributors as per consultation with the Regional Sales Manager.
Achieve Daily, Monthly & Yearly BP targets for Secondary & Primary Sales.
Forecast, plan and organize beverage sales growth over the year.
Implement all sales strategies or sales campaigns using suitable promotional tools and monitoring techniques.
Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
Regular evaluation of sales performance and informing line manager on a periodic basis.
Ensure the presence of Coca-Cola beverages at exhibitions, fairs, and events.
Ensure full compliance with Distribution and Distributor operations and Managing &
Appointing Distribution points as per the Company Policy.
Negotiate with key accounts and finalize the agreement.
Expand the business growth by identifying the potential market.
Provide input to the development of sales plans and business development projects.
Positive attitude, highly motivated, target oriented, and able to work in a rapidly growing challenging environment.
Ensure product availability in terms of Numeric and weighted Distribution in the assigned territory.
Execute Shops in terms of execution parameters (RED, HE, GREEN)
Implementation of 100% compliance in every operation in Assigned territories.
Champion in terms of Execution, SFA &Distribution, and Other productivity parameters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's from any UGC-approved University
Experience: Minimum 04 -06 Years in the beverage industry
Experience in FMCG and Beverage Industries will get a preference
Age should be between 28-33 years; flexible for an exceptional candidate.
Salary: Negotiable

Role Overview:
Finance Director is responsible for formulating the short- and long-term business strategy and driving business results in collaboration with the country GM and senior leadership team. He / she drives business performance improvements by providing key strategic inputs to the operating teams, focusing on continuous and sustainable profitability improvement while ensuring financial stability and discipline. Manages all the financials needs of the operation in a high-pressure complex environment, with all the necessary requirements for control processes, management reporting, regulatory reporting, business & financial planning, shared services, cash management and taxation.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure effective financial management of business.
Drive business and operating performance with topline growth, profitability, and Capital utilization.
Drive margin management in the business through revenue growth management and cost efficiency. In addition, manage allocation of resources though prioritization of capital deployment for business.
Function as a key business and decision-making partner for the GM, functional directors and support the growth agenda for the business.
Ensure and safeguard the strong governance model of TCCC and compliance with legal, tax and other statutory requirements.
Manages commodity risk and procurement strategies for the operation.
Provide leadership and vision to the finance function and play key role in managing commodity risk in discussion with BIG CFO and Procurement Hub Leads.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors in accounting or finance. MBA/master’s will be given preference.
Professional Qualification in CA/CPA/CMA/CIMA or any other equivalent certification is mandatory.
20+ years of experience in a matrixed global organization who has experience of managing cross cultural market in leadership position.
Experienced in similar role in a FMCG company particularly in beverage sector will be an added advantage.
