Job Title: Deputy Managing Director
FAS Finance & Investment Limited (FFIL) is a registered Public Limited Company established in 1997 under the Company Act. 1994. Primarily, the company received license from Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC) to act as a Merchant Bank in 1998. Subsequently, the FFIL obtained license from Bangladesh Bank in 2001 as a first-generation Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) under the Financial Institution Act. 1993. FFIL is dedicated to broaden the depth and width of its services while maintaining high asset quality. FELL is a publicly traded Company listed with Dhaka & Chittagong Stock Exchanges, and regulated by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission. FFIL is also involved with capital market through its subsidiary: "FAS Capital Management Limited" of the country.
FAS Finance and Investment Limited is searching for a competent, experienced, energetic and dynamic Deputy Managing Director.
Qualification:
Master Degree in any discipline, preferably in Finance/Banking/ Accounting/ Marketing/ Management/ Economics/ MBA/ FCA/ FCMA from a reputed university/ institution in home or abroad.
Experience:
The deserving candidate should have extensive knowledge in Banking/ Non-Banking Financial Institution Management with minimum twenty (20) years of working experience in Banks/ Non-Banking Financial Institution of which minimum two years’ experience as EVP/SEVP/DMD. Must have strong capability of Business Development, well versed in Credit Management, Capital market operations, Recovery and related legal matters, Negotiation capabilities with different Stakeholders and leadership ability to lead the FFIL Team.
Age Limit:Not exceeding fifty five years (55) as on 31 January, 2022. (Experience & Age limit is relaxable in case of exceptionally deserving candidate)
Salary & Allowances: As per the Policy of FAS Finance & Investment Limited (Negotiable for the highly deserving candidate)
