Launched in 1966, the master of business administration (MBA) program is the flagship program of institute of business administration (IBA), University of Dhaka.
The University of Dhaka is inviting applications the admission of MBA (regular Program of IBA) Session 2023-2024.
Name of the Course: Master of Business Administration(MBA)
Qualification for admission:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 ( or 2nd Class)
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 5.00 ( or 2nd division) in both SSC and HSC exams.
• No 3rd class/division at SSCC/HSC/Bachelor’s level of Education.
• Minimum GPA of 2.00 in both O Level and A level of Education
Written Test:
Written test for the 2021-2022 session of the MBA Program will be held on Friday, 24 November 2023 at 10:00 am. The test is aimed at evaluating applicant’s aptitude in language, mathematics, and analytical Ability. An applicant must obtain a minimum qualifying score in each of the areas to pass the test.
Applicant with foreign degree(s) having a GMAT score of minimum 75 percentile may be exempted from taking the written test. However, s/he is required to appear before the interview board.
For all foreign certificates/ degrees (excluding O and A Levels), Equivalence will be determined by the Equivalence Committee of IBA Without such equivalence, applicants are not eligible to sit for the admission test.
Interview:
After Qualifying in the Witten test, candidates must appear before an interview board and secure satisfactory marks to be admitted to the MBA Program.
