New deadline for DUET undergrduate admission:

Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (DUET) is inviting applications from the candidates for the admission on BSc in Engineering and Bachelor of Architecture.
Job title: BSc in Engineering and Bachelor of Architecture
Qualification for admission:
A. The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh.
B. Candidate must have passed Secondary School Certificate/Dakhil or equivalent examination from any Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board / Technical Education Board / Madrasa Education Board of Bangladesh with at least 50% marks or GPA 3.00 (with optional subjects) on a scale of 5.00.
C. Candidate must have passed on Diploma in Engineering / Architecture / Agriculture of Bangladesh Technical Education Board with an average of at least 60% marks or at least CGPA 3.00 on a scale of 4.00.
D. Only students who have passed Diploma in Engineering / Architecture / Agriculture examination in 2019 and subsequent years can participate in the admission test. However, this rule will not apply to candidates working in other posts including teaching in government, semi-government, autonomous, sector corporations.
E. To apply for admission in the mentioned departments as per 4 (a) table of admission test 2020-2021 prospectus.
F. A candidate can apply in maximum 2 sections. In order to participate in the admission test in more than one department, the candidate has to apply separately. However, the applicant will have the opportunity to participate in the admission test in any 1 of the departments held at the same time as per the schedule mentioned in 6 of the prospectus.
G. Candidates who are in running job must apply through the appropriate authority.
H. In case of foreign students, the candidates have to apply through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Note that the online admission process is not applicable for foreign students. However, information regarding admission of foreign students can be collected from here
