Dhaka School of Economics is an undergraduate and post graduate institution of the University of Dhaka. DScE founded in 2010, following the model of London School of Economics to promote higher studies and research in economics and related subjects.

Along with their other economics related subjects they are inviting applications for Master of Economics (Development Economics). 

Development economics is a branch of economics that focuses on improving fiscal, economic, and social conditions in developing countries. Development economics considers factors such as health, education, working conditions, domestic and international policies, and market condition with a focus on improving conditions in the world's poorest countries.

Name of the Course: Master of Economics (Development Economics)

Qualification for admission:

Bachelor(4 years) or masters from a recognized university or an equivalent institute with good records in Economics, Development Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering.   

3rd division/class at any level is not acceptable 

Course duration:

18 months 

Application form distribution of submission: October 16 -Novmber 15,2021

Admission test: Announcement would be given later through DSc’S website.
