Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University (MBSTU) is the 12th public university and 2nd science and technology specialized public university in Bangladesh. The university was established in 1999. It is located in Santosh, Tangail. It is named after the charismatic political leader Mawlana Abdul Hamid Khan Bhashani. The medium of instruction is English. The university has continued to expand over the last few years.
