The Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute and Hospital is an ophthalmological hospital in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The hospital was founded by Bangladeshi philanthropist Mirza Ahmad Ispahani in 1960.

They are inviting applications for 18 months long term and 3 months short term fellowship program on Ophthalmology. 

Ophthalmology is a branch of medicine and surgery which deals with the diagnosis and treatment of eye disorders. An ophthalmologist is a specialist in ophthalmology.

Name of the subject: Ophthalmology

Qualification for admission:

(1) Candidates should have an M.S./F.C.P.S./D.O. or any equivalent degree in Ophthalmology recognized by BMDC (FCPS & MS degree holder will get preference). 

(2) Both Private and Government candidates are eligible to apply. 

(3) Age of the candidate should not exceed 45 years on 1st January, 2021 

(4) Those who are currently in service, should apply through proper channel

Course duration:

18 months(Long term)

3 months(Short term)

Deadline: 12th Novmber,2020

Admission test: 16th November,2020

Examination fee : 4000 BDT
